The facts about the build in a Flare VM, for the record. Dot-source it, then:  Get-BuildProof -Session $s -PluginDir <checkout>

This is not a gate. A session already builds from nothing: a fresh copy of the source, a clean build, the previous install removed
before the new one goes in, and a fresh Flare. These facts only record that this held, so a run can be traced to the exact source.
If they ever disagree, that is a bug in the factory, and the caller stops and says so. It is never feedback for the implementer.
