Plan once, then cycle without limit: implement (Sonnet, given the last failure), dotnet build and unit tests, acceptance in the VM
(an agent using this change in real Flare, nothing else), push and wait for the plugin's required checks. A green result merges.
Only infrastructure that cannot work stops it: the Claude login, the VM, gh. The reason is printed, commented on the issue,
and the script exits non-zero. Progress goes to stdout and <work dir>\factory.log, one line per stage with seconds.
