The agent steps of scripts/factory.ps1: plan, then implement (the same step again with the failure text on every later cycle).
Everything runs on the owner's machine with the owner's own Claude login. The agents can read the repo and edit only the
files the plan lists. There are no caps: no turn limit, no timeout, no limit on cycles.
