Acceptance check of one change: an agent uses the change in real Flare, in a VM, as a writer would, and reports whether the
issue's "done when" holds. It opens a VM session, runs the agent, and always closes the session.

  pwsh scripts/accept.ps1 -Issue 311 -PluginDir <checkout with the change> -OutDir <dir> [-Steps "<what the change did>"] [-FileFindings]

Exit codes: 0 every check passed, 1 a check failed or could not be verified, 2 the VM or the agent could not be used.
Writes <OutDir>\accept-result.json and prints a short summary. With -FileFindings, problems the agent saw outside the issue become
bug issues in the plugin repo.
