Keeps the code graph of the plugin repo current, for working out what a change can affect.

  pwsh scripts/graph.ps1                        bring the graph up to date with main (code only, no AI calls), only if main has moved
  pwsh scripts/graph.ps1 -Rebuild               the full pass, including a GPT-6 Luna pass over the docs through Bifrost (the nightly job)
  pwsh scripts/graph.ps1 -Snapshot <dir>        also copy the graph to <dir>\graphify-out, so a run reads a copy no other run can change

The shared graph lives in .work/graph/plugin/graphify-out and is not committed. Only one process changes it at a time, and a note
in it says which commit of main it was built from, so an update that has nothing to do is skipped. The rebuild uses the Bifrost
only files that changed since the last pass cost anything. It runs python -m graphify, because the installed graphify command
ignores a custom base URL.
